Job Description

Key responsibilities:

• Support Trust Relationship Managers by delivering a full suite of trust and corporate services to clients
• Facilitate and coordinate with different service providers and professional advisors to complete client’s requests and instructions
• Processing of bank account opening documents, credit facilities, insurance transfer/purchase documents, distribution requests
• Conduct administrative reviews on existing trust and company structures such as periodic reviews and transaction monitoring
• Comply with the Group’s internal control and audit standards
• Participate in ad hoc projects or matters

Key requirements:

• STEP Diploma professional certification would be an advantage
• At least 1-3 years of trust administration experience
• Strong knowledge of the trust regulatory and compliance regime
• Detail oriented, with the ability to work under pressure and minimum supervision
• Strong work ethics, professional, approachable, results oriented
