About the Role

As a Senior Associate, Transaction Banking, you will be part of the Transaction Banking Sales team in Singapore in a replacement role aligned with business growth and portfolio expansion. Given the increased momentum in the portfolio and FY26/27 revenue growth expectations, this role reflects a strategic decision to hire a more experienced candidate, either internally or externally.

In this role, you will support two key areas:

(1) Transaction Banking Solutions and Sales as a front-line contributor as your main role, and

(2) Business Execution, working closely with Senior Transaction Banking Sales to support management information (MI), data, and presentations for the broader Transaction Banking business.

What will your day look like?

As a Senior Associate, Transaction Banking, you will;

  • Manage a portfolio of designated clients, engage clients with clear calling plans, and deliver target revenue
  • Manage new-to-bank clients and deliver agreed Cash Management and Trade Finance solutions
  • Assist and coordinate various sales activities including preparing pricing documentation
  • Follow up on sales activities, pipeline management, and call reports
  • Develop Transaction Banking product service proposals (RFPs) for target customers including PPT presentations and Word proposals
  • Extract MIS and prepare Business Dashboards to support Transaction Banking business initiatives and management
  • Lead or contribute to process improvement, digitalisation, quality in service delivery, and customer focus initiatives across products and operations
  • Support data management and preparation of presentation slides
  • Network with Transaction Banking teams in the region, Relationship Teams, and Product specialists to identify cross-sell opportunities
  • Develop a personal growth plan to broaden skillsets across Transaction Banking areas including Sales, Product Management, Cash Management, Trade Finance, and Supply Chain Financing

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Strong prior experience in Transaction Banking products focus on Cash Management. Experience in Trade Finance is a plus
  • Experience in customer-facing and sales-based roles
  • Good understanding and experience with banking products or Transaction Banking products and solutions such in technical platforms, clearing systems etc.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills to support business execution, data and information, and presentation development
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Independent and self starter.
