This Opportunity:


GISI Ignite is seeking a Senior Associate, Technology and
Innovation
to support the delivery of technology-enabled solutions and
innovation programs across GISI’s operating companies and client portfolio. This
role will contribute to translating client needs into structured analyses,
supporting solution development, and assisting with pilot implementations. The
Senior Associate will work closely with Managers and senior team members to
deliver high-quality outputs across multiple projects.

This is a consulting-style role, working with internal clients
across sectors such as infrastructure, energy, transportation, and global
development. The position requires foundational skills in business analysis,
digital solutions, and project coordination.

Location and Compensation:


The is a full-time,
hybrid position based out of GISI’s Arlington, VA office, with potential client
travel. Applicants must be authorized to legally work for any employer in the
United States. We are unable to sponsor or assume sponsorship of visas at this
time.

For our
prospective employees in the United States, please note that the full-time
equivalent annual base salary for this position is expected to range from $90,000
to $110,000


Please be advised that a final salary offer will be based on
various factors, including but not limited to your qualifications, education,
experience, skills, seniority, performance, and GISI/Palladium’s business or
organizational needs.

Primary
Roles and Responsibilities:


Client Engagement & Support

  • Support
    client engagement activities, including research, stakeholder interviews,
    and workshop preparation
  • Assist
    in identifying operational challenges and digital transformation
    opportunities
  • Contribute
    to developing insights and recommendations for clients

Solution
Design & Innovation Delivery

  • Support the development of innovation concepts and digital transformation solutions
  • Conduct research on emerging technologies and support evaluation of tools and platforms
  • Assist with requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation
  • Contribute to development of prototypes or proof-of-concept solutions

Program
Support & Execution

  • Assist in managing project tasks, timelines, and deliverables across engagements
  • Support coordination across teams, vendors, and stakeholders
  • Track progress, risks, and dependencies, escalating issues as needed
  • Contribute to development of client deliverables and presentations

Collaboration
& Team Contribution

  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including engineering, analytics, and operations
  • Contribute to team knowledge development, tools, and internal resources
  • Support junior peers or interns as appropriate

Analysis,
Insights & Reporting

  • Conduct data analysis and research to inform project deliverables
  • Support preparation of reports, business cases, and presentations
  • Contribute to insights on market trends, client needs, and emerging technologies

Essential
Criteria:

  • 4–6 years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, technology, or business analysis-related roles (reduced from Manager-level expectation)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Technology, or a related field
  • Foundational understanding of digital technologies (e.g., AI, data platforms, automation)
  • Experience supporting projects, conducting analysis, and working in team-based environments

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach
  • Ability to work across diverse industries and adapt to different client needs
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, project-based environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts into clear outputs
  • Proactive, curious, and motivated to learn new technologies and sectors

Skills:

  • Familiarity with business process mapping and requirements gathering
  • Exposure to tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or similar
  • Experience with collaboration and prototyping tools (e.g., Miro, Figma, PowerApps) is a plus
  • Understanding of Agile or design thinking methodologies is preferred
