Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Associate - Talent Enablement to enhance our HR operations and support workforce initiatives. This role is essential in optimizing employee-related processes, managing operational functions, and cultivating an inclusive and engaging workplace culture. You will collaborate with various departments to implement talent enablement strategies that align with our organizational goals, empowering our employees to reach their full potential.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the implementation and management of HR processes related to talent enablement, ensuring compliance with policies and best practices.

  • Streamline operational workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in employee-related functions.

  • Utilize analytical tools (e.g., Excel) to implement basic data strategies, conducting data analysis and visualization to support HR initiatives.

  • Support the development, communication, and enforcement of HR policies and procedures that promote a positive workplace culture and employee satisfaction.

  • Ensure that all HR practices align with organizational values and regulatory requirements.

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring data integrity for reporting and decision-making purposes.

  • Generate and present reports on key HR metrics, such as to inform strategic initiatives.

  • Contribute to the efficient execution of HR processes and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

  • Champion diversity and inclusion efforts within talent enablement practices, ensuring equitable access to opportunities and resources for all employees.

  • Work closely with other departments to understand their HR needs and provide tailored support for talent enablement initiatives.

  • Facilitate communication between HR and other teams to promote alignment and collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications.

  • 1-2 years of experience in HR operations or related roles, with a solid understanding of talent enablement practices.

  • MS Office Skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a focus on building strong relationships with employees and stakeholders.
