Get to Know the Role

You will hire talent to lead the growth of Grab and expected to deliver high-quality Talent Acquisition partnership to the Tech, Corporate Functions and Business teams of Grab. As an individual contributor, you will report into the Head of People Operations in Vietnam and the role will be based onsite at Grab office, Mapletree Business Centre, HCMC.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

You will:

• Manage the end-to-end candidate lifecycle, ensuring a positive and engaging experience from sourcing to Offer closure.
• Partner with leaders to address hiring needs, use market insights to target top talent develop strategic recruitment plans, and ensure closures of senior and complex roles.
• Analyse data to create relevant insights, empowering leaders to make informed hiring decisions.
• Navigate complex hiring situations, develop solutions, fix broken processes, and implement improvements to lead efficiency.
• Help plan and implement campus hiring and engagement, employer branding and recruitment marketing programmes.
• Support and partner within the TA team and People Operations members in the country for successful and seamless onboarding of new Grabbers.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• 5+ years of in-house recruiting experience for Technology and corporate functions applying diverse sourcing channels including online platforms and social media resources (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean searches, and social networks) to build a talent pipeline.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing candidates to the interview and hiring process ensuring a seamless and positive recruitment experience.
• Evaluate market trends and data, design targeted recruitment strategies, provide applicable insights for complex hiring challenges.
• Be able to collaborate with leaders, align on hiring needs, and provide strategic guidance on recruitment and compensation decisions.
• Experience leading recruitment programmes (campus hiring, referral programmes) , mentoring team members, and encouraging a culture of learning and collaboration.
• Experience engaging with AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance productivity, improve workflows, and contribute new ideas
