In this role you will be responsible for
Invoice Processing: End-to-end handling of PO/Non-PO invoices, matching, coding, and ensuring proper approvals
Payment Runs: Preparing payment files (checks, electronic transfers) and managing vendor disbursements
Reconciliation: Reconciling vendor statements, bank accounts, and resolving discrepancies (GRIR, PO issues)
Month-End Close: Assisting with accruals, One Stream Reporting, and aging reports
Audit Support: Providing documentation for internal/external audits
Intercompany Processing, AP Ageing Analysis
You will need to deliver
1. Establish the S2P SSC organization with the required competencies.
2. Deliver a true and fair representation of the financial results.
3. Provide key input to global technology and process designs, and adapt the designs to fit the Division
4. Establish operational working relationships with finance leaders who rely on the R2R SSC team and capabilities.
5. Ensure Autoliv control and compliance requirements are always met.
6.Deliver the service levels agreed and KPI.
Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve
1. Intercompany (IC) Transactions
Process, validate, and reconcile intercompany invoices and settlements.
Ensure compliance with IC policies, service-level agreements, and month-end close timelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve mismatches and ensure accurate reporting.
2. Invoice Processing
Perform 3-way/2-way match, PO and non-PO invoice processing.
Manage invoice exceptions, vendor queries, and discrepancies using platforms like Coupa and Rossum
Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal controls.
3. Payment Processing
Prepare and execute weekly/bi-weekly payment runs.
Review payment proposals, check payment accuracy, and ensure adherence to payment controls.
Coordinate with treasury and banking partners as needed.
4. Travel & Expense (T&E)
Review, audit, and approve employee expense reports per company policy.
Provide employee support for T&E systems and ensure compliance.
Identify and address fraudulent or incorrect claims.
5. OneStream Reporting
Assist with preparation of P2P-related monthly reports in OneStream.
Support month-end activities, accrual postings, and reconciliations.
Ensure data accuracy and timely submission.
6. ERP & System Knowledge
Work hands-on with ERP (SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics) for daily transaction processing.
Fully utilize Coupa for procurement & invoice workflow management.
Use Rossum for intelligent invoice capture and Blackline for reconciliations and controls.
