What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be a key senior member of our family law team, handling a varied caseload of private family law matters, offering confident leadership in:

• Strategy, negotiation and practical problem‑solving

• Delivering clear, grounded legal advice that clients understand

• Managing cases with independence, accountability and warmth

• Building strong client relationships, always with empathy and professionalism

• Championing high standards and helping shape team culture

This is a role where your judgment, personality and expertise really matter.

Is This You?

We’d love to hear from you if you’re:

• 5+ years PQE with strong private family law experience

• Skilled in negotiation, advocacy and complex case strategy

• Warm, clear and confident in your communication

• Naturally organised with excellent attention to detail

• Steady under pressure, reassuring in approach, and able to empower others

• Comfortable working in a paperless, tech‑enabled environment

• A team player with professional maturity - and a sense of humour

• Motivated, resilient and committed to giving clients the best possible service
