The Senior Associate, Site Merchandising supports and advances the strategy, execution, and optimization of European Tory Burch sites. Reporting to the Sr. Director, eCommerce, this role plays a key part in leading monthly site refreshes, ongoing maintenance, and QA across regional sites. The Senior Associate will act as a primary liaison with HQ partners, ensuring global best practices are adapted and implemented effectively within the region.

This individual will collaborate crossfunctionally with Buying, Planning, Product Management, Creative, Marketing, and broader eCommerce teams to drive brand vision, elevate site experience, and maximize commercial performance. In addition to core execution, this role will contribute to strategic decision-making, help shape regional site merchandising initiatives, and support junior team members where needed.

A Day in the Life:

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and support site merchandising strategy, product setup, regional content creation, and site curation while driving ongoing optimization initiatives.

  • Partner closely with merchants to understand key investments and merchandising priorities to ensureaccurateand impactful presentation across digital touchpoints.

  • Oversee seasonal assortment management within Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC)and ensure product grids, attribution, and categorization reflect brand guiding principles.

  • Utilize global assets and AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) templates to upload, configure, and QA content, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

  • Partner with CRM teams to enhance user journeys and experiences for targeted campaigns (e.g.,early accessprograms, promotional mechanics).

  • Collaborate with Technology, OMS, and Operations teams to resolve issues related to inventory, product data, or experience inconsistencies.

  • Conduct regular audits of product data, pricing, translation, and copy to ensure regional compliance and accuracy.

  • Analyze site KPIs (via Google Analytics, SFCC, and other reporting tools) to generate actionable insights and recommend strategies tooptimizeconversion and user engagement.

  • Identifymarket trends and competitive benchmarks to improve merchandising tactics, navigation, onsite search, and feature enhancements.

  • Share and implement ongoing best practices, acting as a subject-matter expert to regional eCommerce teams to support a cohesive global brand experience.

  • Demonstrate schedule flexibility (AM/PM) to accommodate recurring alignment calls with HQ.

To Land This Role:

EDUCATION & PRIOR EXPERIENCE NEEDED:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.

  • 57yearsof experience in eCommerce with a strong focus on site merchandising, content management, site optimization, and digital

  • Proven experience managing product catalogs, attribution/filters, onsite search, seasonal shops, andcontenttoproductalignment.

  • Highlydetailoriented,resultsdriven, proactive, and able tooperatewith autonomy,demonstratingstrongproblemsolvingand prioritization skills.

  • Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloudrequired

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong command of English;additionalEuropean languages (e.g., Italian) are a plus.

  • Experience with:

  • Content Management Systems (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager)

  • Web Analytics Tools (e.g., Google Analytics)

  • Project Management Tools (e.g., Airtable, Jira, Confluence)

  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)

  • International or multi-market eCommerce experience is strongly preferred.
