We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Client Service to join our UK Transfer Agency Operations team. This role is located in Manchester, UK.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and auditors conducting due diligence reviews and audit visits, ensuring professional, timely, and effective communication throughout.
• Co-ordinate and manage the calendar of client visits and audits, working closely with operational teams to schedule meetings, track milestones, and ensure readiness for all engagements.
• Provide end-to-end oversight of audits and visits, including managing data requests and transfers, attending key meetings, and monitoring progress to support smooth and successful execution.
• Identify risks, issues, or delays during the audit and visit process and escalate appropriately to senior managers within TA, ensuring timely resolution and accurate delivery of all activities.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the responsibilities of the role.
• Experience in a financial services client services area and audit/or operations preferred.
• Willingness to develop personal skills in AI/Digital Tools preferred.
