The purpose of this role is to work closely with the Product Expert, SAP Integration and support external service providers as well as the Zoetis ITS infrastructure, functional and integration teams to assist in design, implement, and sustain systems and solutions to support the global Animal Health business.

• The primary purpose is to facilitate seamless connectivity and interoperability between various systems and applications within the organization using the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, providing solutions that align with business objectives, and implementing scalable and reliable applications on the SAP BTP Integration Suite.
• Experience in Designing and developing integration solutions using SAP BTP-IS tools and technologies, such as SAP Cloud Integration or SAP Process Orchestration (SAP PO).
• Expertise in programming languages like Java, Groovy, or JavaScript, as well as knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and standards (e.g., REST, SOAP, OData).
• Expertise in providing technical support to resolve integration-related issues and incidents, including root cause analysis and problem resolution.
• Configuring and customizing integration solutions to meet specific business needs, including mapping data formats, defining communication protocols, and orchestrating business processes.
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including design documents, user guides, and release notes.
• Conducting testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing, to ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of integration solutions.
• Good understanding of SAP ERP/S4HANA systems and cloud technologies with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
• Coordinating and ensuring infrastructural aspects to be taken care appropriately with respective integration.

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:

• Interacting with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements, understand business processes, and ensure that technical solutions align with organizational goals and objectives.
• Work with implementation partners who may be responsible for deploying, configuring, or maintaining integrated solutions within the client's IT landscape.
• Coordinate with developers and other members of the development team to implement technical system solutions, share knowledge, and address technical challenges.

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

• Good understanding of architecture, message formats and communication protocols.
• Experience with AS2 certificates with HTTP and HTTPS.
• Experience with on-boarding SFTP partners
• Experience in Implementing the trading partner profiles for the SI Applications, both Inbound and Outbound flows.
• Familiar with the ticketing tools like JIRA, Service Now.
• Provide support to all EDI production processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to data integrity or transmission errors.
• Excellent communication skill and ability to manage expectations, project scope and assess client needs to suggest best possible solutions.
• Having Knowledge of UNIX scripting would be an advantage.
• Should have good understanding and should be able to setup end-to-end integration flows.
• Should have good analytical Skills to understand the requirement better and should be able to work independently with client and partner.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Technical, System Administration, IT Infrastructure Managements or Business field
• 5+ relevant years of experience with IBM Sterling Integrator (SI)
  • 2+ Years’ Experience in Sterling Integrator Platform Operations
  • Must have prior experience working in a systems integration role Thorough understanding of computer infrastructure and operations, including cloud-based solutions.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and work in an unstructured environment.
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills
  • Experience in life sciences / pharmaceuticals industry preferred.

PHYSICAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Regular working hours are from 3:00 AM to 12:00 PM EST. (ICC Second Shift)
• Sometimes, more overlap with the EST Time zone is required during production go-live.
