Regulatory Business Analysis Senior Associate driving strategic change and efficiency in regulatory reporting through analysis and modernization initiatives.


As a Regulatory Business Analyst within the Regulatory Reporting Operations Transformation team, you’ll play a key role in driving strategic change and delivering an exciting agenda of efficiency and modernization targets. Your analytical expertise and initiative will help shape the future of our regulatory reporting operations, giving you the opportunity to influence how we deliver results and set new standards for excellence.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct business analysis to define, validate, and document requirements for regulatory reporting enhancements and process improvements.
  • Use data-driven insights to support decision-making, identify opportunities, and recommend solutions to streamline operations. Support the tracking of key performance indicators and report on progress.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to understand regulatory changes and translate them into actionable business requirements.
  • Support the development, testing, and delivery of regulatory reporting solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance standards.
  • Assist in managing and prioritizing product backlogs, and contribute to sprint planning and Agile ceremonies.
  • Serve as a key contact for teams and stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and open communication.
  • Encourage new ideas and enhancements within the team, and participate in change management initiatives.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Proven experience in business analysis, ideally within regulatory reporting or financial services.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and business analysis frameworks.
  • Confident presenter and collaborator, able to manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable solutions.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Familiarity with SEPA, Wires, Direct Debits, FX, clearings, ISO standards, or SWIFT.
  • Experience in Payments Regulatory Operations or Regulatory Reporting.
  • Business Analysis certification (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
