We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate to join our award winning, Band 1 Real Estate team located in Melbourne on a permanent basis.
Working alongside our Melbourne Real Estate Partners Alison Kennedy and Jerome Martin, this role will see you working on a wide range of transactions for major real estate, corporate and government clients across all major asset classes, including commercial, industrial, retail, residential, infrastructure and renewables. You will get the chance to work on significant and market leading development projects, sales and acquisitions, leasing and general advice work. The team has an unrivalled portfolio of major commercial and government clients and is renowned for its expertise in advising many major players in the real estate industry.

The Real Estate team
The Clayton Utz national Real Estate Team is a key player in many of Australia's most significant and complex property projects, earning the title of "Property Team of the Year" in the 2020 and 2021 Lawyers Weekly Australian Law Awards . The multidisciplinary Real Estate team's clients include foreign institutional investors, fund managers, government authorities, real estate investment trusts, developers and major corporates, many of whom are developing some of the largest and most complex and exciting projects in Australia.
