The Role

Do you thrive on building new businesses in the renewable energy sector? Do you enjoy taking on responsibility for large and complex transactions, and diving into the contracts that support them? As a Senior Associate, you will have the opportunity to work with our dedicated professionals on a variety of projects to help develop Pexapark’s business, leveraging a highly sophisticated energy risk and sales software platform.

Our projects are varied, conducted in a fun atmosphere, and offer a steep learning curve for our team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help shape and expand Pexapark’s presence in Europe and beyond

  • Join and support a team of experienced advisors, guiding clients in making optimal renewable energy hedging decisions

  • Perform contract reviews and contribute to industry-leading presentations, as well as support the development of our software products

  • Develop strong working relationships with clients

  • Liaise with our quantitative advisory team to evaluate various structured products

What You’ll Bring:

  • An advanced degree in business, engineering, or a related field

  • Relevant professional experience (3+ years preferred)

  • An interest in and passion for renewable energy, power markets, and energy investment

  • An analytical mindset with excellent data handling skills and an aptitude for creative problem solving

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to quickly translate complex information into clear, actionable frameworks

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex topics into clear messaging and confidently present insights to clients and stakeholders

  • A good sense of humor
