Job Profile

Sub-Family Definition

Software Product Engineering is responsible for designing, developing, and testing software products (end user applications, systems software, mobile/web applications, database products, etc.) for internal teammates and external customers including conducting requirements analysis and high-level design/modeling to convert external customer needs into software solutions. Activities may include:

  • Designing and specifying the overall software structure, core elements, and properties by analyzing the software requirements, constraints, interfaces, and dependencies.
  • Using programming, scripting, and/or database languages to write the software code.
  • Planning and conducting software testing (including using programming languages to write code for use in testing the application/software code), performing analysis of test results, and tracking/reporting risk levels during test execution.

Platform Development Engineering is responsible for development of the software platform to support various applications. Activities may include:

  • Designs, develops, tests, debugs, and implements cross-domain and globally scalable software platforms in support of end users needs.
  • Creates product roadmap, defines technical requirements, and develops platform architecture.
  • Provides technical documentation, guidance, and support on platform capabilities.
  • Expertise in software programming languages and database technologies.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Managing projects / processes, working independently with limited supervision.
  • Coaching and reviewing the work of lower level professionals.

Knowledge & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree required; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
  • Typically requires 5 - 6+ years of nCino, Salesforce, Surefire, Jungo, Salesforce, Pipedrive or similar lending/CRM platforms development experience, with in-depth knowledge of job area.

Required Certifications/Licenses

  • Typically requires relevant technical experience, including proficiency with applicable systems, tools, technologies, and/or certifications.

Compensation offered will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location, etc.
