Partner with hiring managers to improve hiring practices, including developing guidelines, sourcing strategies, and best practices; support JD development and participate in key interviews.
Own and manage Endeavor’s annual Global Summer Internship Program (~15 interns), including recruitment coordination and hiring managers’ support, onboarding, program logistics, activities, and overall intern experience.
Explore opportunities to expand and scale the internship program across local offices
Build and manage relationships with key universities and student organizations to strengthen Endeavor’s campus presence and talent pipeline.
Responsibility #3: Cross-team support and collaboration (20%)
