Salary Range: $225,000 – $275,000 / year (at commencement of employment)

Department & Team Overview
Our Investment Banking Division provides an array of advisory and capital-raising solutions to corporations, financial institutions, governments, and public-sector organizations around the world. Our global teams act as geographic, product, and industry specialists with a focus on domestic, regional, and cross-border collaboration in M&A, DCM, acquisition finance, and solutions businesses. Global sector teams include Sustainable Technology & Infrastructure, Consumer & Retail, FIG, Healthcare, Media and Technology, and Financial Sponsors.
Our Sustainable Technology & Infrastructure Team is a fully integrated global group providing M&A advisory and capital formation services. The team focuses exclusively on clients utilizing technology to accelerate the transformation of core infrastructure systems—including energy, transportation, food, water, and waste—to be lower carbon, more efficient, and digitally networked.
With over 120 dedicated professionals across major financial hubs globally (including New York, San Francisco, London, Zurich, Paris, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Sydney), we work seamlessly on our clients' behalf. Led by experienced senior bankers who are deep sector experts, we leverage a vast global network of incumbents, growth companies, and investors to deliver a differentiated transaction execution track record.
& Responsibilities
As a Senior Associate / Vice President, you will work directly with Managing Directors, Executive Directors, Vice Presidents, Associates, and Analysts to service and execute client transactions. In this group, Senior Associates and Vice Presidents play a crucial role in deal execution, offering an accelerated path to responsibility and direct client exposure.
Deal Execution: Work closely with clients and deal teams on live transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, capital raisings, financings, and derivative transactions.
Client Relationship Management: Produce and present ideas at client meetings as an active member of the deal team. Senior bankers take a proactive approach to ensure meaningful client exposure and broader coverage opportunities for mid-level bankers.
Strategic Analysis: Support transactions and client presentations through rigorous financial, structural, and business risk analysis.
New Business Development: Actively participate in covering clients, leveraging proprietary content, and generating value-additive ideas.
Team Management & Development: Manage Associates and Analysts to execute client deliverables while supporting the training, mentoring, and professional growth of junior professionals.
Skills, Experience, & Qualifications
Education: Outstanding academic qualifications with a strong GPA.
Experience: Prior investment banking experience; completion of a bulge bracket or boutique analyst/associate program is a plus.
Domain Passion: A demonstrable passion for business opportunities in energy transition and sustainable infrastructure.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Communication: Exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills.
Licensing: Series 79 and 63 licenses are required (or a willingness to sit for the exams upon hiring).
