As a Senior Associate – Operations Delivery Strategy, you will support the analytical and problem‑solving work that drives Jetstar’s strategic improvement agenda. Reporting to the Manager, you will conduct structured research, build evidence‑based business cases and contribute to the end‑to‑end delivery of initiatives that address operational challenges and lift performance.
Working within a small internal consulting team, you will apply rigorous analysis, Lean Six Sigma methods and creative problem solving to help close performance gaps and unlock efficiencies. You will support technology‑enabled initiatives that use decision science, analytics and optimisation tools, contributing structured analysis and insights to make better operational decisions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems and wants to help shape how Jetstar delivers safe, reliable and efficient outcomes.
