Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and verify inbound goods against purchase orders, packing slips, and bills of lading
  • Coordinate and schedule inbound deliveries with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Communicate delivery timelines, shortages, damages, or discrepancies to appropriate stakeholders
  • Host and lead weekly Huddle meetings to review priorities, safety, and operational performance
  • Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
  • Operate forklifts and power jacks in accordance with training and safety requirements
  • Ensure all received materials are processed accurately and on time to support operational needs
  • Communicate all delays or variances in inbound freight to the appropriate parties
  • Enforce corporate policies related to security, health, and safety to maintain a safe working environment
  • Maintain accurate and complete documentation for received goods, including regulated products and/or hazardous materials
  • Supervise a team of warehouse employees, including work delegation, training, coaching, and teamwork
  • Conduct spot checks of inventory accuracy, supplies, and warehouse equipment
  • Investigate lost, damaged, or short shipments and implement corrective actions as required
  • Implement and monitor performance metrics related to receiving accuracy, productivity, and compliance
  • Safety footwear is required for all warehouse positions

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a warehouse setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of all Warehouse Positions.
  • Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced branch.
  • Excellent customer service skills, organizational and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, motivated and creative team player.
  • Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Exceptional written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of CAPP DIII (AS400) programs.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and maintain composure under stress.


This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements.

For eligible positions, compensation may include participation in a bonus or sales incentive plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents. For certain sales roles, EECOL also offers a commission structure that provides additional compensation based on sales results, as defined by the applicable commission plan.
