The Senior Associate will serve as a force multiplier for the Office of the CEO, helping translate executive priorities into execution through strong project management, analytical rigor, communication, and stakeholder coordination. The role will support enterprise initiatives, Executive Committee operations, strategic projects, leadership communications, and organizational effectiveness efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Executive Committee operations, including preparation of agendas, materials, action items, and follow-up execution.
  • Prepare leadership meeting materials, executive briefings, presentations, and decision-support content.
  • Support cross-functional strategic initiatives on behalf of the Office of the CEO.
  • Draft executive communications, presentations, and messaging.
  • Develop enterprise reporting, tracking mechanisms, and executive-level analytics.
  • Support North Star and other enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Drive accountability tracking and follow-through across strategic priorities.
  • Lead special projects originating from Bob and the Office of the CEO.
  • Identify opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness through AI, automation, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate across senior leaders and corporate functions to move high-priority initiatives from concept to execution.
  • Provide occasional support on sensitive or confidential matters, including limited Family Office-related activities as needed.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a hybrid of an operator and strategist. Someone with strong analytical capabilities who is equally comfortable driving execution.

Additional Compensation

Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.

  • Corporate Positions In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.
  • Onsite Property Positions In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
