Job Description
In Brief:
EVYD Technology is seeking a creative, proactive, and results-driven MarComms professional to join our Brunei team. The ideal candidate brings experience in marketing, digital marketing, communications, brand management, public relations, or related fields, preferably within healthcare, information technology (IT), artificial intelligence (AI), digital transformation, or related industries. You will also be supporting EVYD’s brand presence and market visibility in Brunei by driving awareness of our healthcare AI and digital health solutions, supporting stakeholder engagement efforts, and executing impactful marketing and communications initiatives.
This role reports to our General Manager and will be based in Brunei Darussalam.
Your key responsibilities include:
1. Marketing & Brand Management
- Support the planning and execution of EVYD’s marketing and brand-building initiatives in Brunei.
- Develop and execute local marketing campaigns to strengthen brand awareness, market visibility, and audience engagement.
- Ensure consistency of EVYD’s brand identity across communications materials, campaigns, and public-facing activities.
- Create engaging and relevant marketing content aligned with EVYD’s healthcare AI and digital health positioning.
2. Digital Marketing
- Manage digital marketing activities, including social media, email marketing, website content updates, and online engagement initiatives.
- Support the planning and execution of digital campaigns across relevant channels to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze engagement metrics, and identify opportunities to optimize marketing efforts.
- Support content development for digital platforms, including visuals, newsletters, announcements, blogs, and promotional materials.
3. Communications & Public Relations
- Support corporate communications, media engagement, and public relations activities.
- Draft press releases, event announcements, stakeholder communications, and corporate messaging materials.
- Coordinate communication efforts for product launches, partnerships, healthcare initiatives, and company milestones.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with media, industry stakeholders, and ecosystem partners where relevant.
4. Events & Stakeholder Engagement
- Coordinate marketing events, workshops, healthcare forums, exhibitions, seminars, and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Support EVYD’s participation in conferences, innovation showcases, and ecosystem engagement initiatives.
- Prepare event collateral, presentations, promotional materials, and communication assets.
5. Market Research & Insights
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, industry developments, and market opportunities.
- Monitor trends in healthcare technology, digital health, AI adoption, and communications relevant to Brunei and the regional ecosystem.
- Provide insights and recommendations to support marketing strategies and campaign planning.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with business development, product, AI, and leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Support campaign messaging, solution positioning, and communication strategies across departments.
What we're looking for:
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, communications, branding, PR, or related roles.
- Experience in campaign execution, digital marketing, content development, or communications management.
- Exposure to healthcare, health technology, IT, AI, enterprise technology, or digital transformation industries is an advantage.
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, campaign execution, and communication strategies.
- Experience managing social media platforms, digital campaigns, email marketing, and content creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong content writing, presentation, and storytelling abilities.
- Experience in event management, media coordination, or stakeholder engagement is an advantage.
- Ability to interpret campaign performance metrics and marketing insights.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
