About Your Company

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical senior associate to join a growing team in Hong Kong thats actively acquiring global fintech companies to scale up at an astonishing pace. You will work closely with senior leadership to assess market trends, identify M&A opportunities, conduct full cycle of investment management and support capital market activities in fundraising / investor relations

About your role

• Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Evaluate potential investments, partnerships, and M&A opportunities.
• Develop financial models and business cases to support strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute strategic projects.
• Prepare and monitor industry trends and provide insights to senior leadership.
• Support fundraising efforts and investor relations as needed.

What you will need to succeed

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CFA preferred).
• Excellent skill in deck and presentation preparation is expected.
• 5+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate strategy.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Experience in insurance, insurtech, or financial services is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
