The Senior Associate License Compliance Representative (SP2) is an experienced individual contributor responsible for independently managing a moderate volume of compliance leads. This role uses telemetry tools to identify potential licensing violations, engages mid-level contacts, supports resolution planning, and contributes to protecting Autodesk’s intellectual property.
This role is based in Autodesk's Philippines Representative Office. The role has no authority to sign contracts or approve revenue-generating transactions on behalf of Autodesk.
Responsibilities
Compliance Management: Independently manage a moderate volume of compliance leads using established procedures
Business Analysis: Utilize telemetry tools to identify patterns of non-compliance. License Compliance Engagement: Communicate licensing issues, escalate cases.
Compliance Expertise: Demonstrate working knowledge of Autodesk licensing models
Collaboration: Shares compliance data with regional stakeholders and partners to align messaging and share insights

Minimum Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in compliance, auditing, revenue protection, customer success, or similar roles
Experience reviewing data or conducting investigations
Strong communication skills tailored to mid-level customer contacts
Ability to manage caseloads independently
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with telemetry, audit tools, or licensing analytics
Background in software licensing or IP protection
Exposure to SaaS or subscription business models
Experience drafting compliance communications
Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration with partners, legal, operations
