These individuals collaborate with subject matter specialists and project teams to strategize effective ways to locate, assess, educate and train employees, in line with market developments and firm strategy.
Those in learning assessment at PwC will focus on evaluating the impact and effectiveness of learning and development programmes. You will be responsible for administering assessments, evaluating learning outcomes, providing feedback, and collaborating with stakeholders to continuously improve the quality of training initiatives and enhance employee development.
Support the Learning&Development agenda by consulting with IFS and Digital business stakeholders, as well as leadership, humanskillsand early-careerprogrammeowners, to design, coordinate,facilitateand improve learning solutions that build future-ready capabilities and support firmwide talent priorities.
Partner with IFS, Digital, Human Capital and business stakeholders toidentifycapability needs and translate them into relevant learning interventions, developmentjourneysandprogrammeplans.
Design, coordinate, deliver andfacilitateworkshops and learning sessions covering leadership, human skills, communication, collaboration, client service, digital fluency, professionaleffectivenessand career readiness.
Support IFS and Digital learning priorities by working with subject matter specialists to shape practical learning content, user-friendlyresourcesand blended learning experiences that encourage adoption and application.
Manage early-career learning experiences, foundationaldevelopmentprogrammes, witha focuson planning, stakeholder coordination, facilitator briefing,materials,and learner experience.
Apply adult learning, experientiallearningand blended learning principles to create practical, learner-centredsolutions, including workshops, simulations, case discussions, role plays, virtualsessionsand digital learning assets.
Coordinateprogrammeoperations, including scheduling, communications, budgeting,logistics, vendor coordination, attendance tracking, feedback analysis,reportingand continuous improvement follow-up.
Evaluate learning effectiveness using learner feedback, participationdataand stakeholder input, and recommend improvements to strengthenprogrammequality,relevanceand impact.
Support HRDC-related administration, including grant application support, documentation, claims coordination, attendancerecordsand compliance follow-up.
Stay current with learning trends, digital learning tools and business capability needs, and contribute ideas that improve the accessibility,engagementand effectiveness of developmentprogrammes
Requirements
6–7yearsof relevant experience in Learning&Development, talent development, facilitation, onboarding,programmemanagement, HR, digitallearning,or a related role.
Experience supporting leadership development, human skills, professional skills, onboarding, induction, early-careeror business capabilityprogrammeswould be an advantage.
Good understanding of learning design, adult learning, experiential learning, blendedlearningand learning evaluation approaches.
Comfortable working with digital learning tools, collaboration platforms, learning management systems, virtual facilitationtoolsand basic learning data.
Confident facilitator withstrong communication, stakeholder management, consulting, projectcoordinationand relationship-building skills.
Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multipleprogrammes, timelines, documentation, reportingrequirementsand HRDC paperwork.
Ability to work with business stakeholders and subject matter specialists to simplify complex content into practical, engaging learning experiences.
Degree in Human Resource Development, Education, Psychology, Business, Communications, DigitalLearningora relateddiscipline.
HRD Corp Accredited Trainer certification would be an added advantage.
