The Senior Associate, Institutional Non-Financial Risk (NFR), plays a key role in supporting the management of non-financial risks across the International Institutional business. Working closely with business leaders, risk partners, and control functions, you will help ensure that non-financial risks across Markets, Transaction Banking, Corporate Finance, and Coverage are effectively identified, assessed, managed, and reported within approved risk appetite.
This role contributes to strengthening the control environment, enhancing risk governance, and promoting a strong risk culture across the business. You will support effective decision-making, regulatory compliance, and sustainable customer and business outcomes by providing risk insights and challenge across a broad range of activities.
You will also support the implementation of regulatory requirements and business change initiatives, ensuring risk considerations are embedded into processes and controls in a practical and effective manner. In addition, the role will support the delivery and adoption of the PACT program, helping uplift non-financial risk capability, governance, and practices across the region.
