The Senior Associate will play a key role within the Income Fund Management team, working closely with Portfolio Management and Product & Investor Relations colleagues across the full lifecycle of fund management and capital raising activities. The role offers broad exposure to investment strategy, portfolio analysis, investor engagement, and new business initiatives, with responsibility for supporting ongoing fund operations, live capital raises, and prospective client and investor engagement across the platform.
Primary Functions and Essential Responsibilities
Support the Portfolio Management and Product & Investor Relations (IR) teams
Portfolio Management centered around strategy, investment review, portfolio analysis, internal and external reporting
Create and update asset and fund-level financial models
Perform in-depth portfolio analysis and reports
Conduct in-depth macroeconomic and sector research
New business development initiatives across all stages
Product and IR duties centered around the execution of live capital raises
Prepare marketing and investor due diligence materials (Investor Presentation, INREV DDQ, Private Placement Memorandum, etc.)
Assist investors with their queries and investment/operational/ESG due diligence questionnaires; organize and attend regular due diligence meetings and asset tours
Liaise and coordinate with third-party legal/tax/ESG consultants and advisors
Work with different teams and offices to review transaction documentation, negotiate key terms of the transaction with prospective investors, and close transactions
Support senior management with prospective client/investor meeting, including the preparation of investor profile, financial analysis, market assessment, recent transactions report, etc.); participate in prospective client/investor meetings
Maintain deal and investor profiles on our CRM system
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline
Prior experience in investment banking, private equity, and/or management consulting
Exceptional junior candidates at Analyst level, including recent graduates, may also be considered
Highly proficient with Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with excellent numeracy, analytical, presentation, and organizational skills
Self‑starter with a proactive mindset, able to think ahead, consistently meet deadlines, and anticipate next steps
Capacity to multitask, work independently across multiple projects and thrive in a team
Rigorous attention to detail and problem-solving skills
