Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (onboarding to offboarding)
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including interviews and candidate communication
- Handle HR administration, employee records, and system updates
- Respond to employee queries promptly in line with defined SLAs
- Support payroll input preparation and validation to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Assist with employee relations and escalate issues as needed
- Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and audit requirements
- Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency and service delivery by identifying opportunities
Person Specifications
- Has or recently completed a bachelor's degree or Professional Qualification in Human Resource Management or Business Administration or a related field from a recognized Institute.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to a positive working environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage SLAs and timelines.
