Job Summary

Strengthens the reliability of human resources services throughout the employee lifecycle. Applies independent judgment to defined service workstreams so employees receive consistent support. This contribution helps sustain trustworthy human resources information and a responsive employee experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Resolves employee inquiries about human resources transactions within established procedures.
• Reviews employee record changes for completeness before processing.
• Produces recurring human resources service reports from system records.
• Investigates discrepancies in human resources transactions to determine appropriate corrections.
• Refines service request workflows based on recurring inquiry patterns.
• Escalates policy exceptions or unresolved service risks through appropriate channels.

Basic Qualifications

• At least 2 years of related experience.
• At least 1 year of experience interpreting human resources service policies in moderately complex cases.
• At least 1 year of experience working with basic business goals, financial concepts, or key performance measures relevant to day-to-day work activities.
• At least 1 year of experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Travel may be required up to 10%.

Salary Range: $65000 - $113750 / Salaried
