We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Senior Associate, Financial Accounting & Tax This role will be based in our Singapore office.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage, maintain and administer client’s accounts with a variety of monthly/quarterly/yearly bookkeeping, monthly payroll, GST reporting and payment administration.
• Preparation of clients’ deliverables (i.e. monthly/quarterly/yearly management accounts, reporting packages, schedules and GST Returns, consolidation, budget and drafting financial statements).
• Assist clients with accounting, payroll and GST related issues.
• Support client with investment portfolio reconciliations, NAV calculations, and management & performance fee computations where applicable.
• Any ad-hoc internal assignments.

Key requirements:

• Degree in Accounting or ISCA/ACCA/other equivalent professional qualifications.
• Experience in handling full set of accounts, GST and payroll processing, especially for licensed fund management companies is highly preferred.
• Work experience (Audit or Business Outsourcing) in a Singapore CPA firm would be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
• A team player who has a can-do attitude with strong initiative & credibility, pay attention to details, thrives in a fast-growing organization and work to meet tight deadlines.
• Resilient and able to work independently to organize and prioritise work with minimum supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal, written & oral communication and analytical skills.
