As a Senior Associate - Finance Transformation, Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) – Finance Consulting, you will engage with clients to enhance their financial operations and strategies. Within our Management Consulting practice, you will focus on optimizing financial processes, implementing advanced analytics, and leveraging AI-enabled finance capabilities to drive measurable outcomes. Your role will involve assessing client needs, developing financial solutions, and providing guidance to improve decision-making and achieve financial goals.

As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and guide others through complex challenges. You will analyze intricate problems, mentor junior team members, and maintain professional standards. Your ability to navigate ambiguity and anticipate client needs will be crucial in delivering quality solutions and enhancing your personal brand.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will support the design and delivery of scalable EPM solutions, connecting business strategy with data and technology. You will work on challenging projects, advising clients on financial consolidation, planning, and reporting processes. Your contributions will be vital in transforming finance functions and delivering distinctive value to our clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client financial processes to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction
- Designing and implementing scalable Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions using Oracle EPM Cloud or OneStream
- Advising clients on optimizing financial consolidation, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
- Conducting current-state assessments and organizational diagnostics to identify improvement opportunities
- Supporting the design, build, migration, and testing of multi-dimensional data models and EPM components
- Developing input templates, reports, and analytical dashboards to enhance decision-making
- Facilitating data integration and import processes, including source systems, data mappings, and reconciliations
- Implementing calculations using business rules and formulas for financial processes
- Contributing to process optimization for finance improvements across core finance processes
- Participating in vendor and EPM software selection activities, including business requirements gathering
- Supporting project delivery activities, including timeline tracking and milestone management
- Identifying, monitoring, and resolving project issues and risks
- Preparing and reviewing engagement deliverables to meet quality standards
- Collaborating in Agile project delivery environments for EPM implementation initiatives
- Supporting junior team members through collaboration and knowledge sharing

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
