WhatYou’llDo

  • Lead finance transformation projectsfrom strategy through to execution, focusing on core processes like R2R, P2P, O2C, and Business Partnering.

  • Design and implement future-ready financeoperatingmodels, using best practices, automation, and digital tools.

  • Collaborate across PwC’s global networkto deliver innovative, tech-enabled solutions.

  • Manage and mentor teams, ensuring high-quality delivery and continuous development.

  • Develop transformation assetssuch as diagnostics, playbooks, and delivery tools.

  • Support business development, including proposals, client workshops, and thought leadership.

  • Build trusted relationshipswith senior stakeholders as a strategic advisor.

Your Profile

  • 3+ years experience in finance transformation consulting ordeep expertise in a core finance process area — such as Record-to-Report,Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash or Finance Business Partnering— with a strong understanding of how finance supports business performance.

  • Experience working in or alongside finance teams to improve processes, systems, or ways of working.

  • Aprofessional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) isrequired

  • Strongcommunication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Familiarity withdigital enablers (e.g. automation, dashboards, process mining) and ERP/EPM systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Workday) isdesirable
