Job Description

Endeavor Poland is a small, high-trust, high-performance team. We hire rarely, making this a unique opportunity. There is no corporate structure or slow decision-making. We support ambitious technology entrepreneurs from Poland building globally competitive companies.

You will work directly with founders, investors, board members, and the global Endeavor network across 50 markets. Your mission is simple but high leverage: identify exceptional founders early, support them deeply, and ensure no high-potential entrepreneur is missed.

This is not a traditional account management or community role. This role sits much closer to founder selection, strategic relationship building, and ecosystem intelligence.

You will work closely with highly ambitious founders building global technology companies. You will likely build relationships with exceptional founders years before they become widely recognized.

We value judgment over process-following. We care more about your ability to recognize exceptional people, build trust, and create leverage than perfectly execute predefined playbooks. The quality of judgment in this role directly impacts who enters the Endeavor network.

We support founders of companies such as ElevenLabs, ICEYE, Booksy, Silent Eight, Spacelift, Docplanner, and Capchase.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility #1: Source high-potential entrepreneurs

    • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-potential founders across Poland and the Polish diaspora

    • Develop relationships with venture capital investors, founders, accelerators, ecosystem builders, and other referral sources.

    • Represent Endeavor at ecosystem events, conferences, and founder gatherings

  • Responsibility #2: Evaluate Companies and Support Selection

    • Conduct research and analysis on prospective Endeavor candidates, including company performance, market opportunity, competitive positioning, leadership team, and growth trajectory.

    • Prepare company profiles and briefing materials that support the internal reviews and selection panels.

    • Participate in the stages of the selection process and help assess candidate readiness for the Endeavor selection process.

    • Manage candidate data and maintain accurate records throughout the selection journey

  • Responsibility #3: Manage the Selection Process

    • Coordinate the end-to-end entrepreneur selection process, including interviews, panel preparation, scheduling, communications, and follow-up.

    • Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for candidates throughout their selection journey.

    • Support Local Selection Panels and International Selection Panels by preparing materials.

Who you are:

  • 1-4 years of experience in venture capital, entrepreneurship, consulting, investment banking, private equity, or a related field.

  • Low ego, high standards, strong judgment, and strong follow-through.

  • You are genuinely excited about entrepreneurship. You follow founders, read about startups, and find company building intellectually compelling, not just professionally interesting.

  • Strong business acumen and the ability to quickly understand complex companies and industries.

  • Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex information into concise and compelling narratives.

  • Comfort with ambiguity: You thrive in evolving environments and are excited to help build and refine processes

  • Globally Minded: You can communicate effectively and empathetically with teammates at all levels and from different cultures and markets

  • Fluency in both Polish and English is required for this position.

Position Details:

  • Start date: August, 2026

  • Location: Warsaw, hybrid setup with minimum 3 days/week

The hiring process will include:

  • Application (resume required)

  • Phone interview

  • Assessment

  • Round of interviews

  • Reference check
