What You Will Do:

  • Support the QMS standards of AS9100.
  • Handle product and process Quality Inspection and monitor quality performance.
  • Responsible for providing monthly reports to Management on Quality performance Metrics.
  • Establish the company’s quality procedure, standards, and specifications.
  • Measure performance and identify any areas of weakness, recommending and implementing improvements.
  • Train & manage a team of quality control professionals (Stamp Control).
  • Look at ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
  • Understanding customer expectations of and needs from a product.
  • Responsible for handling customer, supplier and internal Nonconformance.
  • Drive APQP, PPAP and PFMEA.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Around 5-6 Years in the quality function, driving the quality initiatives of the organisation.
  • AS9100 quality standards & prior experience with aerospace manufacturers.
  • Good knowledge of processes and quality procedures.
  • Working knowledge of inspection methods and aerospace manufacturing experience will be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA and Quality control tools.
  • Knowledge in J-STD-001 and IPC/WHMA-A-620.
  • Knowledge of Nadcap requirements in Chemical Processing (Painting)

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering with equivalent experience, including management & supervision experience.
  • Excellent leadership & man-management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage a variety of cross–functional team members.
  • Outstanding problem-solving, team building, planning & decision making.
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
  • A strategic approach to work.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt added advantage.
