The Team
Our Energy & Construction team is highly regarded for its expertise in complex, high-value disputes across the construction, engineering and projects landscape. The Manchester team forms part of a wider national and international practice, working seamlessly with colleagues across the UK and globally. The team advises a diverse client base including contractors, developers, insurers, and major corporates across the energy, infrastructure, PFI/PPE and development sectors. With a strong pipeline of work, the team offers exposure to significant and varied disputes, within a collaborative and supportive environment focused on technical excellence and client delivery.
The Role
We are seeking a talented Senior Associate (5+ PQE) to join our Energy & Construction team in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-value, complex contentious matters across the construction, engineering and projects space.
The role will focus on dispute resolution, acting for a broad range of clients across the energy, infrastructure and development sectors. You will be involved in all stages of disputes, including adjudication, litigation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.
