The Senior Associate, Enablement will support key stakeholders across Enterprise Corporate Development, Enterprise Business Development, and Innovations by providing critical support functions to our partnerships and growth initiatives, including closely collaborating with leaders and their teams in Strategy, Managed Care, Marketing, Ventures, and clinical operations amongst others.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Project-based analytics support, including data integration, quality assurance, analysis and visualization
• Support interoperability initiatives and end-to-end integration processes to onboard partners within the Mount Sinai's ecosystem, ensuring seamless workflows, operational continuity, and consistent service delivery across all partnerships
• Manage end-to-end implementation and lifecycle management of partnerships, driving accountability, operational readiness, and sustained performance within the MSHS ecosystem
• Manage internal stakeholders, including clear communication and governance to ensure internal support from matrixed functional areas is provided (e.g., access & scheduling, billing, IT, finance, analytics, etc. as appropriate)
• Participate in system-wide initiatives and committees in support of team (e.g., Digital Access and Referrals)
• Establish processes to monitor and track results, including partnering with internal organizations such as Finance, Analytics, and IT to ensure accurate data collection and reporting across key performance indicators (e.g., financial impact, new patient growth, etc.)
