Job Description

Join Chase’s Content organization and help deliver best-in-class email campaigns that bring credit card benefits to life. You will keep work moving across creative teams and partners, ensuring strong operational execution and on-time delivery.

As a Senior Associate, Email Operations Coordinator in the Content organization, you coordinate end-to-end execution for an assigned set of email campaigns. You manage intake, timelines, tracking, and feedback cycles while partnering with writers, editors, designers, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality work. You help improve consistency and visibility across workflows so campaigns align with business objectives and launch smoothly.

Job responsibilities

  • Support the intake process for email campaign requests by gathering key details, documenting requirements and helping clarify next steps with stakeholders
  • Maintain detailed project timelines, helping ensure deliverables stay on schedule
  • Coordinate work across writers, editors, photo coordinators and designers/producers, tracking assignments, status updates and handoffs
  • Coordinate feedback rounds with stakeholders, helping ensure revisions are captured, routed and incorporated efficiently
  • Monitor project progress, flag risks or bottlenecks early and partner with team leads to keep projects on track
  • Maintain project documentation, status trackers and workflow tools to support visibility and accountability
  • Build strong working relationships with cross-functional partners

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, marketing, content production or a related field
  • Familiarity with project management tools and workflows, such as Jira, Airtable, Asana or Workfront
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects, track details and follow through on deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Clear communication skills and comfort working with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Interest in working with creative teams, including writers, editors, designers and producers

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Strong interest in and knowledge of Chase credit card programs and benefits
  • Experience within financial services or another regulated industry
