Create your best future and join Westpac as a Senior Associate, eCommerce Product Manager
What’s the role?

This is a highly collaborative role where you’ll work across technology, data, risk, legal, compliance, operations, sales and external partners to bring new products and enhancements to market. You'll use customer insights, market trends and performance data to identify opportunities, solve real customer problems and continually improve the merchant experience.
As the payments landscape evolves, you'll also help explore and shape emerging opportunities in eCommerce, including AI-enabled customer journeys and next-generation payment experiences. From defining product roadmaps and prioritising investments through to delivery, launch and ongoing optimisation, you’ll play a key role in creating innovative, reliable and customer-focused payment solutions that deliver value for both merchants and Westpac.
