Job Description

As the Product Manager, you will have the opportunity to define the platform roadmap and make a direct contribution to the success of our company.   • Collaborates closely with developers, Product Professionals, and other 'Electronic Fulfillment Platform (EFP)' team members to break down Features into User Stories, define acceptance criteria, and ensure the test plan will result in a high-quality platform.
  • Prioritizes the scrum team's backlog in collaboration with the Product Manager and other impacted teams, working to remove impediments.
  • Requires strong organizational, technical, and creative problem-solving skills. Must work well in a dynamic, complex environment and under deadline pressures.
  • Participates in Agile ceremonies and ensures the scrum team has everything they need to deliver.
  • Identifies opportunities to make our platform more valuable to our stakeholders through streamlining adoption and documentation of new capabilities.
  • Develops deep understanding of the problems our stakeholders are trying to solve and the challenges in acquisition.

    Critical Factors to Success (Outcome Driven):

  • Build and Leverage the In-house products that support best-in-class model implementation controls and pipelines.
  • Develop new and maintain existing capabilities innovation & resultant business growth by applying existing & emerging technologies to deliver against customer goals
  • Collaborate with Colleagues across Credit Risk, Fraud Risk and Ops Risk to understand their business needs and build roadmap for building the right controls and tools to facilitate seamless model implementation journey.
  • 2- 4 years experience in a Product Management or Analyst role writing stories, acceptance criteria, business flows, and developing test strategies.
  • Recent experience prioritizing work for a scrum team and making difficult tradeoffs in an Agile environment.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills to effectively communicate complex ideas and information across a broad range of stakeholders
  • Collaboration and leadership skills that help this person navigate cross-functional teams and build relationships, to influence decisions and deliver on shared objectives.
  • Great organization skills to balance answering questions and responding to needs of various stakeholders while continuing to drive delivery.
  • Experience in Platform metrics like scalability, easy adoption, increase velocity, reduced time to market, availability, performance, etc. is a plus.
  • Experience with range of impact (multiple markets/use cases), roadmap & prioritization, long-term strategic vision of the platform is a plus.
