TheSenior Associate, Digital Mediais responsible foractivation,optimization& contentdevelopmentacross our digital marketingchannels, inclusive of paid media& affiliate marketing.

A day in the life…

PaidMedia

  • Support development,execution& optimizationof digital media campaigns across Meta,Googleand other platforms

  • Utilize data analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads manager, etc.) to track and measure performance of our marketing campaigns,makingdata-driven decisions and optimizations to maximize performance

  • Serve as the first escalation point for the digital ad agency, applying technical & business knowledge to problem solve & keep projects moving.

  • Craft insights for stakeholders on media channel performance and share learnings inappropriate forums

  • Own the content planning process for digital ads, working closely with the Creative Content team to bring from brief to execution.

  • Disseminate brand information to mediaagency, including key product priorities, promotionalcalendar, etc. & ensure agency’s testing plans are aligned tobrand’sgoals.

  • Support in the development of quarterly & yearly strategy planning,inclusive ofmedia activation& measurement

  • Develop,monitor& reporton an evolving learning agenda, mapping test-and-learns to drive keyobjectivesacross all media plans.

  • Own budget management & invoice payment.

  • Stayup-to-dateon emerging trends in technology & media tobring forwardinnovative and creative solutions to external stakeholders

Affiliate Marketing

  • Develop and execute a scalable affiliate marketing strategy aligned with the company’s goals

  • In partnership with our affiliate marketing agency,identify, recruit, onboard & activate new affiliates

  • Be accountable for affiliate marketing KPIs, reporting & budget

  • Collaborate with the brand marketing team to scale creator and press efforts through affiliate channels

Omnichannel Marketing

  • Support retail marketing efforts, including digital media & in-mall placements

  • Support creative, reporting and communication with retail team on efforts

Qualifications for the Position

  • A four-year college degree isrequired, preferably with a major/minor within marketing/advertising

  • 2-3 years of digital marketing experience, preferably at a digital marketing agencyor at an ecommerce retailer

  • Highly analytical with high aptitude on Excel and/or with data analysis

  • Working knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Omniture

  • Experience with platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, GoogleAdwords, a plus

  • Priority to candidates with digital media certifications like Facebook Blueprint

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word,Powerpoint)

  • This position is classified as full-time salaried; it is exempt and is not eligible for overtimeThis position is eligible for standard company benefits.

  • This position isrequiredtomaintaina structured hybrid work schedule based out of King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, a suburb of Philadelphia. This hybrid schedule, which includes work done in the King of Prussia Office as well as your HomeOfficewill bedeterminedby your supervisor.

  • Given the seasonality of the business, this position may require flexible,additionalworking hours during peak periods.

  • This position is expected to collaborate effectively with other individuals in alignment with our Core Values and Core Leadership Qualities.
