Pwc Luxembourg is hiring a Senior Associate – Deals (Mergers & Acquisitions)(m/f/d). What if it was you?

Your mission:PwC’s Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Advisory team supports clients across the full transaction lifecycle, helping them assess strategic alternatives and execute complex transactions with confidence. We advise corporate, private equity and entrepreneurial clients on sell-side and buy-side transactions, mergers, joint ventures, divestitures, capital raisings and other strategic transactions.

As a Senior Associate in Mergers & Acquisitions (Deals) at PwC, you will be a core member of our M&A advisory team, driving execution-focused support across the full deal lifecycle. You will work with clients and cross-functional PwC teams on buy-side and sell-side mandates, leading financial analysis, valuation and transaction deliverables with a focus on quality, insight, and commercial impact.

Be a part of our team where you will:

• Leadand support end-to-end M&A execution activities, including financial modelling, valuation (DCF, comparables, precedent transactions), and competitive analysis;
• Prepare high-quality client deliverables such as pitch books, teasers, CIMs, management presentations and transaction recommendations;
• Conduct detailed financial statement analysis;
• Oversee a virtual data room and manage a due diligence process forbuyandsellside engagements;
• Supervise and coach junior team members, providing feedback and promoting knowledge sharing;
• Contribute to business development efforts, including proposals and market research.

• Hold aBachelor’s or Master’sdegree in finance, business administration, ora relatedfield;
• Bring 3–5 years of relevant experience in M&A advisory, investment banking, Big 4 transaction services, corporate finance, or a similar environment within a leading advisory or investment banking platform;
• Possess strong technical skills in valuation, financial modelling, and transaction structuring;
• Communicate confidently and effectively, with the ability to engage C‑suite executives, investors, and buyers;
• Have a solid academic background and, ideally, relevant professional certifications;
• Are fluent in English and able to produce polished, professional written and verbal communications;
• Speak Luxembourgish, French, or German - an asset but not a requirement.
• Understand the Luxembourg business and investmentecosystem, orare eager to develop this knowledge.
• Are willing to travel occasionally depending on client and project needs.
