As a Senior Associate - Deals Advisory - Deals Strategy, you will engage with clients to provide strategic insights and solutions within our Deals practice. You will be instrumental in analyzing complex business scenarios, developing strategies, and delivering impactful recommendations that drive value creation and commercial diligence. This role offers the chance to work directly with clients, fostering meaningful relationships and understanding their unique needs.

As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to navigate complex situations, mentor junior team members, and uphold professional standards. You will be expected to anticipate client needs, manage ambiguity, and contribute to the firm's business strategies. Your role will involve building your personal brand and technical skills while guiding others and interpreting data to inform insights.

Responsibilities

- Conducting comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making
- Developing and evaluating business plans to identify potential growth opportunities and value creation
- Utilizing financial modeling and financial statement analysis to assess deal structures and financial risk
- Supporting mergers and acquisitions strategy through detailed customer and financial due diligence
- Collaborating with teams to integrate post-merger processes and optimize operational efficiencies
- Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to provide insights into industry developments and market trends
- Applying analytical thinking to assess acquisition strategies and corporate development initiatives
- Engaging in scenario analysis to anticipate potential outcomes and inform strategic planning
- Leveraging Capital IQ and other tools to gather and analyze data for informed decision-making
- Building relationships with stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and feedback exchange

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
