Retail Associate II (sometimes called assistant store managers) supports the store manager in the daily business operations of the store including training and supervising employees, interacting with customers, managing inventory levels, and handling any other task assigned by the store manager.
Assists the store manager in all areas of daily business operations, human resources, customer service, and merchandising. Coordinates, monitors, and reports on daily operations.
Resolves customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
Recruits, trains, and supervises employees.
Manages employee schedules, conducts performance reviews, and enforces disciplinary actions.
Monitors and maintains suitable store inventory levels.
Assists with the development of new sales and recruitment strategies.
Ensures the store environment complies with health and safety regulations.
Maintains a clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing store front. Ensures that store policies and procedures are followed.
5% Performs other duties as assigned.
