The Opportunity
A rare and rewarding opportunity has arisen for a talented 5-6 year PQE, top tier lawyer to join our market-leading corporate transactions practice in Sydney.
In this role, you will work closely with partner Walid Sukari on cross-sector, private M&A and other corporate and commercial transactions including sale and acquisition agreements, joint ventures, strategic alliance agreements and related complex commercial transactions
You will act for high-end domestic and global clients across a diverse range of sectors including logistics, energy, technology, software, real estate, construction and retail. Exposure to and familiarity with the IT&T sector and technology M&A transactions is desirable, but not essential.

About You
The ideal candidate will have:
5-6+ years PQE;
Strong transactional expertise, with the ability to lead complex M&A transactions;
Exceptional technical legal skills;
A capacity for bespoke and adaptive contract drafting; and
A naturally collegiate mindset which prioritises respect for peers and collaborative ways of working.
