The team works with a variety of high profile Japanese companies, advising on general corporate governance and M&A transactions in Australia. Reporting into Hiroyuki Kano, we are looking for a motivated Senior Associate to join this busy and impactful team. You will have the opportunity to work with, and collaborate with a team who have experience acting for a variety of
Japanese clients, and who have provided the firm with a thorough understanding of Japanese cultural principles in conducting business.
This is an excellent opportunity to be involved in diverse and interesting work, and be mentored by experienced, well known Partners who are continuing to grow their practice.
