What were looking for:

• 5-8 years post-qualification experience in Hong Kong capital markets, ideally with a strong track record in IPOs, listings, and public M&A
• A sharp legal mind, excellent academic credentials, and fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Strong client-handling skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage transactions efficiently and confidently.
