The Role:

We’re looking for an Senior Associate, Contract Management to join us in Wrocław. As a member of our team, you’ll be responsible for working on engagements for large Global client, within Pharmacy sector and other contract related work. You’ll draft, review and negotiate agreements supporting research and development activities, provide practical, risk-based legal guidance, and help progress matters efficiently in a highly regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• • Be responsible for drafting and negotiating a wide range of Commercial Contracts and R&D agreements, including confidentiality agreements, investigator-initiated study agreements, research and collaboration agreements, CRO and vendor agreements, material transfer agreements, consulting agreements, grants and data or technology licence agreements
• • Working closely with our Client’s in-house legal team and stakeholders on a range of matters such as procurement, privacy, professional services, technology, information security and intellectual property, research and development, clinical studies and other pharmaceutical matters
• • Collaborate with specialist legal and business functions, including intellectual property, privacy, compliance, regulatory, quality, pharmacovigilance and procurement, and coordinate their input where required
• • Ensure agreements appropriately address key R&D risks, including ownership and use of intellectual property, study data and results, publication rights, confidentiality, data privacy, regulatory and quality responsibilities, liability, indemnification and insurance
• • Be part of a team committed to the overall timely and accurate delivery of services and compliance with all delivery commitments to the client
• • Active caseload management, including prioritization, deadlines and escalation
• • Adhere to all Factor delivery processes and commitments;
• • Input and manage data on Factor and client systems and keep them up to date;
• • Help develop contract templates, playbooks and other tools for use by the team;
