IT FINANCE ANALYST

Group IT Delivery Center (India) team is part of ANDRITZ GROUP IT responsible for implementation, support, and maintenance of word class IT systems to ANDRITZ GROUP companies. Delivery Center (India) is working as service provider to the ANDRITZ GROUP IT Team.

What will you do?

Are you passionate about finance, technology, and working in a dynamic, international environment? We are seeking a talented IT Finance Analyst to join our global IT Finance and Contract Management Team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with colleagues in Austria and India, supporting financial reporting, running and optimizing financial core systems and maintaining basic master data.

Key responsibilities

1. Reporting

• Prepare regular IT reports for Senior GIT Controlling Manager
• Schedule and distribute periodic IT financial reports to our global team
• Monitoring of IT operational and project spending.

2. Master Data Management

• Create and maintain Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) elements in the SAP system at a global level
• Support Senior GIT Controlling Manager in maintaining the budgeting and reporting tool
• Master data maintenance and management in core systems like SAP, SAP Business Intelligence, SAP Business Objects, and Apptio

3. Development and Optimization

• Actively take part in the ongoing development of the IT controlling model
• Testing of new developments

What We’re Looking For

1. Technical Skills

• Knowledge in SAP (including WBS management), SAP Business Objects, SAP Business Intelligence, and MS Office
• Experience with cost monitoring, budgeting, and forecasting
• Data management and process improvement in IT finance environments

2. Analytical & Problem-Solving

• Ability to analyse complex financial data.
• Strong financial analysis, modelling, and reporting skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines

3. Intercultural Competence

• Ability to integrate and collaborate across cultures and effective cooperation in a global context, with cross-functional and multicultural teams

4. Soft Skills
