What You Will Do

• Manage the trial record and oversee all logistics for high-stakes billion-dollar disputes from inception to resolution.
• Take ownership of case strategy, supervising junior associates, paralegals, and legal analysts to ensure effective case management.
• Collaborate closely with partners and clients, serving as a primary point of contact and attending all client meetings.
• Take and defend depositions, argue motions, and serve as second chair at trial, examining witnesses with precision.
• Lead communication with co-counsel, navigating complex relationships with professionalism and poise.
• Develop and execute a practice development plan aimed at building your own book of business and advancing toward partnership.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 5-8 years of experience in complex commercial litigation, particularly in financial services disputes.
• Proven track record of managing sophisticated legal matters for high-caliber clients.
• Strong desire for courtroom experience and a history of taking cases to trial.
• Experience at an AmLaw 50 firm and completion of a federal clerkship are highly desirable.

Preferred

• Experience in managing and mentoring junior legal staff.
• Established relationships within the legal community that could contribute to business development.
• Familiarity with the latest technologies and trends in litigation practices.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary for this role ranges from $300K to $375K, complemented by a competitive benefits package designed to support your professional growth and well-being.
