Job Description

The Commerce & Retail Media team at dentsu leads strategy, activation, and optimization for a large Retail Media client. We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and highly collaborative teammate to join our growing team. This role will report to the Senior Manager, Commerce & Retail Media.

As an Execution Lead, you will play a critical role in supporting the planning, execution, and ongoing management of retail media campaigns and supplier partnerships. Working closely with Senior Account Leads, you will help ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and with a high level of quality while balancing multiple priorities across a dynamic book of business.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary project manager across assigned accounts, ensuring deliverables, timelines, and action items are tracked and completed on schedule.
  • Support day-to-day campaign execution, including campaign setup, QA, pacing, reporting, and ongoing optimization management across internal teams and external partners.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while effectively prioritizing competing deadlines and business needs.
  • Coordinate across Account Management, Sales, Planning, Analytics, Activation, and supplier teams to ensure seamless execution and communication.
  • Maintain detailed account documentation, project plans, meeting notes, status trackers, and follow-up actions to ensure alignment across stakeholders.
  • Monitor campaign performance and pacing, proactively identifying risks, issues, or opportunities and escalating as needed.
  • Assist in the development of performance recaps, optimization recommendations, and client-facing materials.
  • Support quality assurance across all campaign elements including setup, launch readiness, reporting accuracy, and post-launch validation.
  • Build and maintain campaign trackers, implementation documents, reporting templates, and other operational resources as needed.
  • Partner closely with Senior Account Leads to ensure supplier requests, campaign deliverables, and business priorities are executed accurately and efficiently.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives, training materials, documentation, and best practice development.
  • Support ad hoc projects and operational initiatives in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Analytics, or a related field preferred.
  • 4+ years of digital performance marketing experience in eCommerce, retail media, search, programmatic, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience managing large-scale eCommerce or Retail Media campaigns preferred.
  • Experience working with retail media platforms, DSPs, search platforms, or related digital advertising technologies preferred.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance competing deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple stakeholders and teams.
  • Experience developing campaign recaps, performance reports, and optimization recommendations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with formulas, pivot tables, and large datasets preferred.
  • Ability to proactively identify issues, develop solutions, and drive follow-through.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and evolving business needs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
  • Enthusiasm for retail media, eCommerce, and the evolving digital advertising landscape.
The annual salary range for this position is $54,000 -$70,000. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
