We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as a Senior Associate, Business Support.

In this role you will:

  • Act as the primary coordinator between representatives and internal/offshore teams for insurance and investment applications submitted to third-party providers.
  • Review application forms and supporting documents to ensure completeness and accuracy, and follow up with representatives on missing, incomplete or unclear information to facilitate smooth processing.
  • Perform manual pre-submission checks on customer information, including screening against blacklist records and STRs.
  • Coordinate and track due diligence screening with offshore teams, including case submission, status tracking and follow-up on outcomes or outstanding requirements.
  • Maintain the customer management systems used to record customer, policy and transaction data submitted by representatives.
  • Provide manual data inputs, case information and documentation support to internal control functions, including CDD, Sales Quality and Complaint management.
  • Ensure timely processing and handling of New Business submissions to third-party providers, liaise with third-party providers to resolve submission queries, processing issues, or documentation requests.
  • Access third-party provider portals to download policy documents, sales confirmation and related records.
  • Ensure proper filing, naming conventions and storage of sales documentation in line with internal record-keeping and regulatory requirements.
  • Track and update the status of new business submissions with third-party providers on a weekly basis.
  • Review and streamline workflows where applicable.


To be successful you will need:

  • Preferably with experience in insurance operations, policy administration, or business support functions.
  • Good understanding of MAS regulations on AML, KYC and CDD requirements.
  • Strong coordination, follow-up and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and take ownership of assigned tasks.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to meet deadlines.
