As a Business Analyst in the Graphite Payments Transformation Team, you define business requirements for global and domestic payment initiatives. You lead process documentation, impact analysis, and project lifecycle management to deliver platform consolidation and new product buildouts. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational readiness and strategic execution.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Define business requirements for development and commercialization of payment solutions.
  • Articulate and document end-to-end process flows, including customer and operational interactions.
  • Cover functional and non-functional requirements for product, operations, compliance, and scalability.
  • Perform impact analysis to identify business groups affected by technical or process changes.
  • Lead and participate in all phases of the project lifecycle from initiation to implementation.
  • Document requirements to enable development of target state products and processes.
  • Conduct gap analysis to determine changes required by business initiatives.
  • Collaborate with UAT teams to determine testing strategy and ensure thorough validation.
  • Review and approve target state documentation for process and technical changes.
  • Track initiative progress, identify risks, and resolve issues with stakeholders.
  • Drive operations readiness for new product rollouts, including procedures, training, and escalation matrices.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

  • Demonstrate 8+ years of experience in banking or financial services with strong payments knowledge.
  • Apply advanced business analysis skills with prior payments project experience.
  • Utilize Agile methodology to drive projects efficiently.
  • Manage projects independently with strong organizational skills.
  • Solve problems collaboratively and influence stakeholders effectively.
  • Define future state business models and drive execution to achieve them.
  • Multi-task and deliver on competing priorities with attention to detail.

  • Leverage strong Microsoft Office skills for project delivery.
